और ज्यादा प्राप्त करने का सूत्र

और ज्यादा मतलब हमारे पास जो कुछ सुख सुविधाएं, संसाधन है उसमें वृद्धि करना। व्यक्ति प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में उत्तरोत्तर उन्नति करना चाहता है लेकिन ऐसा हो नहीं पाता, ज्यादातर मामलों में या तो वह स्थिर होता है या फिर पीछे जा रहा होता है। पैसा कमाता तो है लेकिन बचा नहीं पाता, अपनी कमाई बढ़ाना चाहता है लेकिन अपने कृत्यों से जो भी कमाई होती है, उसी में आटा गीला किए रहता है। सेहत भी सही नहीं रहती। 

  उसके पीछे जो सबसे बड़ा कारण होता है अपने दृष्टि का, आखिर वो कहां है अभावों पर है या जो अपने पास है, उसके ऊपर। 

   कहा जाता है कि अपने जीवन में अभाव पर ध्यान मत दो। जो हमें  मिला है, उसे देखना है, उसके लिए कृतज्ञता का भाव रखना है। तब, समृद्धि बढ़ती है। रांडा बर्न ने अपनी पुस्तक जादू में इसका रहस्योद्घाटन करती है, वो लिखती है 

"जिसके भी पास है, उसे अधिक दिया जाएगा और वह समृद्ध होगा। जिसके पास नहीं है, उसके पास जो है वह सब भी उससे ले लिया जाएगा"

  इसे बार बार पढ़िए और समझने की कोशिश कीजिए। हालांकि उपर वाला वाक्य बड़ा अन्यायपूर्ण लगता है। सुखी और अधिक सुखी होगा, अमीर आदमी और अधिक अमीर बनेगा। गरीब लोग और ज्यादा गरीब बनेंगे। पूरे वाक्य समूह में एक रहस्य है, एक पहेली है, जब हम इसे सुलझा देते है और इसका सही अर्थ जान लेते है तो हमारे सामने संभावनाओं का एक नया संसार खुलने लगेगा। 

वो पहेली है " कृतज्ञता"

अब उपर वाले वाक्य को पढ़ते है 

"जिसके भी पास कृतज्ञता है, उसे अधिक दिया जाएगा और वह समृद्ध होगा। जिसके पास कृतज्ञता नहीं है, उसके पास जो है वह सब भी उससे ले लिया जाएगा"

कृतज्ञता का आशय क्या है ? इसका आशय है जो कुछ भी हमारे पास है उसके लिए सबसे पहले दाता के प्रति कृतज्ञ होना पड़ेगा। जैसे ईश्वर के प्रति कृतज्ञता कि हे ईश्वर मुझे 10000 रूपये की नौकरी मिली है, इसके लिए हम आपके कृतज्ञ है, मुझे 20 हजार की नौकरी दिला दो तो ईश्वर जरूर उसे फलीभूत कराता है। इसके बजाय यदि 10 हजार को ही कोसना शुरू कर दे, तो क्या ज्यादा पैसा मिलेगा कभी, नामुमकिन है। 

इसे एक उदाहरण के माध्यम से समझने का प्रयास करते है। मान लीजिए 5000 रूपये की जरूरत है और हम अपने पिता से मांगते है और किसी कारण वश मात्र 2500 रू देते है। हमारे पास 2 विकल्प है या तो हम न लेवे और वापस कर दे और गुस्सा करे कि मांगा है 5000 और आप दे रहे हो ढाई हजार, नहीं चाहिए। इस तरह से जो मिलना था, वो भी नहीं मिलेगा। 

दूसरा विकल्प यह है कि हम उनसे पिताजी बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद जो आपने हमें 2500 दिया है यदि 2500 और मिल जाते तो कृपा होती। फर्क देखिए वही पिता किसी न किसी तरीके से पैसे का प्रबंध करने को कोशिश करेगा। 

ठीक इसी तरह नौकरी के उदाहरण में भी लिया जाय और नियोक्ता से कहा जाय कि बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद जो आपने हमें 10 हजार की नौकरी दिया, हमें और पैसे मिल जाते तो कृपा होती। वो नियोक्ता आशावादी रुख अपनाते हुए जरूर कहेगा, अभी काम करो, एक वक्त बाद जरूर बढ़ा देंगे। 

     चूंकि रुपए पैसे का उदाहरण आसानी से समझ में आ जाता है, इसलिए मैने प्रयोग किए। इस फॉर्मूला को किसी भी क्षेत्र में अपनाइए ज्यादातर मामलों में सही साबित होगी।

 And more it means to increase whatever comfort facilities, resources we have.  One wants to progress progressively in each field but this does not happen, in most cases either he is stagnant or is going backwards.  He earns money but is not able to save, wants to increase his earnings, but whatever he earns from his actions, he keeps the flour wet in the same.  Health is also not good.

   The biggest reason behind that is his vision, after all, where is he on the shortcomings or on what he has.

    It is said that do not focus on the lack in your life.  We have to see what we have got, have a feeling of gratitude for that.  Then, prosperity increases.  Randa Byrne reveals this in her book Magic, she writes

 "Whoever has, he will be given more and he will prosper. He who does not have, all that he has will also be taken away from him."

   Read it again and again and try to understand.  However, the above sentence seems very unfair.  Happy will be more happy, rich man will become richer.  Poor people will become poorer.  The whole sentence set is a mystery, a riddle, when we solve it and know its true meaning, then a new world of possibilities will open before us.

 That riddle is "Gratitude"

 Now read the above sentence

 "Whoever has gratitude, more will be given and he will prosper. He who does not have gratitude, all that he has will also be taken away from him."

 What is the meaning of gratitude?  It means that for whatever we have, we have to be grateful to the giver first.  Just as we are grateful to God that I have got a job of Rs 10000, O God, for this we are grateful to you, if you give me a job of 20 thousand, then God definitely makes it fruitful.  Instead, if you start cursing only 10 thousand, then will you ever get more money, it is impossible.

 Let us try to understand it through an example.  Suppose 5000 rupees are needed and we ask our father and for some reason give only 2500 rupees.  We have 2 options either we should not take it and return it and get angry that we have asked for 5000 and you are giving two and a half thousand, don't want.  In this way what was meant to be received, he will not get.

 The second option is that we thank him very much to his father, which you have given us 2500, if we had got 2500 more, then it would have been grace.  See the difference, the same father will try to manage money in some way or the other.

 Similarly, take the example of a job and tell the employer that thank you very much for giving us a job of 10 thousand, if we would have got more money, it would have been a blessing.  That employer, adopting an optimistic attitude, will definitely say, work now, you will definitely increase it after a while.

      Since the example of rupee money is easily understood, I did experiments.  Apply this formula in any field will prove to be correct in most of the cases.
